What We’re Looking For

- Strong knowledge of the EYLF

- A genuine commitment to child safety and active supervision

- Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging educational programs

- Confidence in documentation and digital platforms

- A collaborative, team-focused mindset

- A natural mentor (for Lead Educator applicants)

- Ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community

- Relevant early childhood qualifications or be working towards them

- Valid Working With Children Check
