About the role (Senior & Junior Roles available)

This full time Trades Service Administration role is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated team at National 1 Trades, based in Flinders Park, SA.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with scheduling and dispatch trades to customer job sites

2. Talking with customers to understand their service requirements and coordinate timely resolutions

3. Help maintain records of job progress and customer feedback

4. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and suggest process enhancements

5. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

6. Takes jobs through from set up to invoice

7. Work with team members on the field to create and send off trade quotes

8. Work with management to create efficiencies within systems and processes

9. Assist with the accounting and general Administration

What we're looking for

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and trade professionals

2. Good skills with a computer with the ability to move swiftly to complete tasks

3. Understanding of trade services,



safety requirements, and industry regulations

4. The ability to work with Simpro so our main management software or similar application
