About the role

Windsor Gardens Dental & Implant Centre is seeking a Trainee Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in Windsor Gardens, SA 5087. As a Trainee Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. Key responsibilities

- Greeting patients in a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the practice

- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an accurate appointment book

- Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately

- Processing patient registrations and updating patient records accurately

- Handling patient payments and processing invoices in accordance with practice procedures

- Maintaining confidentiality of patient information and adhering to privacy regulations

- Assisting with administrative duties including filing, data entry and general office organisation

- Supporting the clinical team by preparing treatment rooms and sterilising equipment as required

- Responding to patient enquiries regarding treatment options and practice information

- Contributing to a positive and qualified team environment

- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn practice management software
