About the role
NOUMED Pharmaceuticals' is seeking a full-time Warehouse Storeman to join our team based in Salisbury South, SA 5106. The Storeman is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of finished pharmaceutical products within Noumed Pharmaceuticals’ Distribution Centre. The role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity, compliance with GMP/GDP standards, and ensuring customers receive products on time, in full, and to the highest quality standards.
This role supports Noumed’s commitment to Integrity, Service, and Quality by ensuring all warehouse activities are completed ethically, safely, compliantly, and with a solid customer focus.
What you'll be doing
- Receive, unload, and check inbound deliveries and shipping containers.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load trucks and shipping containers in accordance with safety and handling requirements.
- Process all inbound and outbound transactions using SAP and handheld devices.
- Operate counter-balance forklifts and pantograph reach trucks safely and competently.
- Ensure accurate forklift operation to minimise product damage.
- Store finished products in accordance with Noumed guidelines and GMP/GDP requirements.
- Operate pallet wrapping equipment and manage CHEP pallets.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies between physical stock and SAP records.
- Participate in cyclic counts and full stocktake activities.
- Maintain warehouse operations in an auditable state at all times.
- Achieve a minimum of 98% DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) for finished products.
- Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of warehouse systems and processes.

Essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to right-first-time outcomes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Calm, organised approach in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable
- SAP experience.
- Experience working in a GMP/GDP or regulated environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
