What We Are Looking For

- Previous experience in real estate or administration is advantageous but not essential—attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn are key

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Current driver’s licence

- Strong work ethic, confidence, self-belief, and a proactive “can-do” attitude

- Demonstrated commitment to client care and service excellence





- Solid problem-solving skills with a calm and solutions-focused approach to conflict

- A genuine care factor with respect for systems, processes, and procedures

- High attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High level of integrity and professionalism

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Well-presented and professional appearance

Role Responsibilities

- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

- End-to-end portfolio management

- Organising, managing, and conducting routine inspections

- Managing inspection runs to suit scheduling requirements

- Completing detailed and accurate Entry and Exit Condition Reports

- Assisting with leasing and rental open homes as required

- Ongoing communication with landlords and tenants

- Reporting directly to the Principals and Senior Property Manager

- No trust account responsibilities
