Hatchery Assistant (Poultry) – Night Shift | Maldon

Multiquip is a leading transport, logistics, and engineering provider within the poultry industry. We specialise in the transportation of live birds from breeder farms to processing plants.

No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Your Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

- Perform general hatchery duties as required.

- Complete required paperwork and follow company procedures.

- Wear required PPE and complete all necessary training.

- Participate in weekly toolbox talks focused on maintaining a safe workplace and minimising injuries.

- Follow WHS, biosecurity, animal welfare and RSPCA requirements.

- Assist other areas as required and complete duties assigned by Management.

About You

- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and access own vehicle.

- Available to work at 4:30 PM on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.





- Physically fit and capable of performing manual and heavy-duty tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and time management skills.

- Positive attitude and robust work ethic.

- Reliable and dependable.
