Hi-Tec Oils is a proudly Australian-owned company with our head office based in Sydney and operations spanning the country. Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Manager to join our South Australian team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional with experience in the lubricant, manufacturing, heavy equipment or industrial sectors to represent a trusted brand and drive sales success across Adelaide Metro and West Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow commercial, industrial, and automotive sales channels

- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support, fostering long-term client relationships

- Prepare and assist with tender submissions and proposals

- Represent the company professionally during client visits and site meetings

- Undertake occasional regional travel

- Developing and executing a territory growth strategy.

- Building strong relationships with key decision-makers across a range of industries.

- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.





- Build an active sales pipeline and providing regular activity reporting.

- Representing the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

- Working independently while collaborating closely with the national sales team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven success in business development and new account acquisition.

- Experience managing a customer base or territory.

- Solid prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- A genuine passion for winning new business.

- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- The ability to work autonomously and manage a large geographic territory.
