About the role
Join DTMT Construction as a Project Manager and play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects within the construction industry. This full-time position for upcoming remote projects within Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients
- Drive and lead company HSE culture
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Civil Engineering Degree Favourable
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commerical acumen and experience dealing with construction contracts
- Experience on large scale civil concrete packages with a self execution model
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant degree or qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field
