About the Role

DGL Environmental is seeking multiple casual Operators to support our growing operations in Unanderra. This is a hands-on role working rotating shifts in a fast-paced industrial workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle, sort and process batteries and materials

- Perform manual labour including lifting, loading and general site duties

- Operate forklifts and move materials safely

- Assist with plant operations and production activities

- Follow strict safety procedures, including handling hazardous materials

- Maintain a clean and organised work area

- Report hazards and support site safety requirements

About You

- Forklift licence (essential)

- Experience in labouring, manufacturing, recycling or similar

- Able to perform physically demanding work

- Strong safety focus

- Reliable, team-oriented with a positive attitude

- Able to work rotating shifts
