Lime Lighting is a Western Australian lighting design and supply company, delivering innovative lighting solutions across residential, commercial and architectural projects.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse & Operations Team Member to join our friendly team. This is a diverse role that offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas of the business.

We understand that work-life balance is important. While this is ideally a full-time position, we're happy to consider part-time hours or flexible working arrangements to suit family commitments, school hours, or other responsibilities for the right candidate.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organised, takes pride in their work, and likes being involved in different aspects of a growing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assembling LED lighting fixtures (full training provided)

- Receiving and dispatching customer orders

- Managing the day-to-day organisation of the warehouse and workshop

- Working closely with the team to maintain quality control and customer satisfaction

- Communicating with couriers and customers

- General warehouse and operational support as required

- Forklift operation for loading,



unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated

- Organised with excellent attention to detail

- Proactive and willing to take initiative

- Eager to learn new skills and grow within the business

- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team

- A current forklift licence (LF) is preferred, but not essential. We will provide forklift training and licensing for the right candidate.

Previous warehouse or inventory experience is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
