About the role

Operating from our Coolangatta office, you'll take full ownership of a residential conveyancing portfolio from end to end, supported by FINS HOUSE systems and an experienced team.

Key responsibilities include:

- managing the full conveyancing lifecycle from opening to settlement





- conducting client and property due diligence including title searches

- drafting and preparing sales contracts

- reviewing contracts and advising clients on key risks

- handling post-exchange requirements including stamp duty

- coordinating settlements and liaising with banks

- using our technology stack including PEXA and DocuSign

- maintaining excellent file management and records.

What you’ll bring

- Full Australian working rights essential

- Coolangatta or Tweed residency or nearby highly preferred

- Min. 3-5 years NSW or Qld residential conveyancing experience

- Admission as a Solicitor/Conveyancing qualification

- Strong attention to detail & excellent communication skills

- Tech-savvy team player with confidence advising clients

- Previous client-facing experience highly regarded.
