Velocity Activewear is looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and help take our store to the next level.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about activewear, customer service, sales and team leadership, and who thrives in a fast-paced retail workplace.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day success of the store, leading by example and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and motivating the retail team

- Driving sales and achieving store targets and KPIs

- Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships

- Managing store presentation, visual merchandising and stock levels

- Overseeing stock receiving, replenishment and inventory management

- Managing rosters, staff performance and day-to-day store operations

- Ensuring company policies, procedures and standards are maintained

- Creating a positive, energetic and inclusive team culture

- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve store performance

- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally





- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of team members

About You

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic retail leader who:

- Has previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role

- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Has a proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs

- Is an inspiring leader who can develop and motivate a team

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills

- Is commercially minded and understands what drives retail performance

- Takes pride in store presentation and attention to detail

- Can work independently while being a strong team player

- Has a genuine passion for fashion, fitness and activewear
