About Us

Metta Medical Centre is a contemporary, QPA-accredited general practice located within the busy Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Our experienced team of GPs is committed to providing high-quality, holistic healthcare, with a strong focus on mental health and collaborative multidisciplinary care.

Due to increasing patient demand, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Psychologist to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to establish or expand your private practice within a supportive medical centre with a strong referral network.

You will receive regular internal referrals from our GPs and work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy for:

- Anxiety and depression

- Trauma and PTSD

- Stress, burnout and workplace issues

- Grief and adjustment disorders

- Relationship and family concerns

- Child and adolescent mental health

- ADHD assessments and ongoing management (where appropriate)

- Chronic disease and pain management

65-70% of billings or negotiable package for the right candidate

About You

You will have:

- General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist

- Clinical Psychology Area of Practice Endorsement

- Eligibility to provide Medicare psychology services

- Professional indemnity insurance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care

- Experience with CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR or other evidence-based therapies is highly regarded
