Kardinya | Full-Time | Career Pathway to Apprenticeship

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Trades Assistant to join our Service Department in Kardinya.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a genuine interest in the trades and wants to build a long-term career in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians assisting with servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations across residential and light commercial sites throughout Perth.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assisting technicians with service, maintenance, repairs and installations

- Using hand and power tools

- Loading and preparing tools and materials

- Keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organised

- Following all safety procedures and site requirements

- Learning from experienced tradespeople and developing your practical skills

What we’re looking for:

- Reliable, motivated and willing to learn

- Good basic hand and tool skills

- Mechanical aptitude and a practical mindset

- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment





- WA Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)

- White Card

- Previous trade or TA experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are most important
