Job description:

The Role

As an Underground Structures Supervisor, you will be responsible for the frontline supervision and coordination of crews carrying out tunnel lining and structural works.

You will be expected to effectively manage and coordinate teams including:

- Carpenters and Formworkers
- Multi-skilled FRP personnel
- Steel Fixers
- Concreters Concrete Pump Operators
- Mechanical Tradespersons

You will play a key role in coordinating these work groups to safely deliver complex underground structures.

The Experience We Are Looking For

We want to hear from supervisors with a proven track record delivering major civil or underground structures, particularly experience involving:

- Tunnel lining works
- Tunnel lining travellers
- Cross passages
- Transition structures
- Large-scale formwork systems
- Doka, Peri or similar formwork systems
- Reinforcement, formwork and concrete activities
- Managing multidisciplinary FRP and mechanical crews
- Large-scale civil infrastructure or tunnelling projects





Previous underground construction experience is highly desirable. Experience with Putzmeister fixed and mobile concrete pumps will also be highly regarded.

Roster & Conditions

This role operates on a:

- 14 days on / 7 days off roster
- 12-hour shifts
- Rotating day and night shifts
