DCI Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Lead (Electrical & Civil) in Perth WA and surrounds with a focus on safety, quality and Productivity.

The position will require a high level of planning for plant and personnel, a strong commitment to safety, quality, reporting and improving operational efficiencies.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

- Previous experience as a Project Lead/Supervisor.





- Demonstrated experience in a similar position within an Electrical & Civil environment.

- Experience leading and motivating a diverse team in a fast paced environment.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy.

- Robust communications skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
