Award winning Nu Nu Restaurant, located in Palm Cove, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.

This long-term, full time role will require you to work afternoons and evenings overseeing the restaurant bar and assisting in the busy front of house operation as required. We are seeking a team player with extensive bar tending experience including;

- Excellent cocktail making skills gained from working in a busy restaurant or bar

- Barista skills

- Wine knowledge

- Stock control and ordering

- Able to work evening shifts and weekends

- A la carte service skills

- Carrying 3 plates

- Greeting guests

- Sharing knowledge of food and wine

- Use a POS system

- Handling money

- Be a team player

- Keep a clean and tidy work area

- Hold a current nationally recognised RSA

This is a very quick paced position and the successful applicant must be highly organised and able to multi task. Due to operating hours your own transport is necessary.
