With Participants located across the Perth metro area and a growing demand for our services, Carepro Disability Services is seeking confident, capable and experienced Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

We're looking for professionals who bring strong disability sector experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in complex support environments. Ideal candidates will have experience working with:





✔ Epilepsy and seizure management ✔ Autism and non-verbal participants ✔ Behaviours of concern ✔ PEG feeding and dysphagia management ✔ Manual handling and transfers ✔ Complex personal care and high intensity supports ✔ Oxygen administration, respiratory monitoring and oxygen saturation (SpO₂) monitoring

What you'll bring:

✔ Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support ✔ Confidence supporting participants with complex needs ✔ Professionalism, reliability and initiative ✔ A genuine passion for delivering exceptional support ✔ Transparent and confident English communication skills, with the ability to understand participant needs and communicate effectively in a range of support environments ✔ Strong availability across days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and active/non-active overnight shifts
