Flannerys Maroochydore are on the lookout for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Assistant to join our vibrant team on a permanent part time basis - commencing in August, 2026.

If you're an all-rounder who loves serving customers and has a passion towards delivering amazing service, this could be just the role for you!

The hours? Positive question! We have an opportunity for someone to work 4 days per week (however we could cater for 5 days for the right person. The current days are as follows:

- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Please note this role will cover a combination of opens and closes; whilst experience operating a coffee machine is highly advantageous.

This role will suit an all-rounder with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work autonomously and as part of an amazing team.

We're looking for someone who has:

- Exceptional customer service skills - previous retail experience a must

- Cash handling experience, including working with POS systems

- Ability to work as a part of a team and individually, across all store departments

- Positive and teachable attitude

- Ability to manage inventory and merchandise in-store (some occasional heavy lifting may be required)

- Flexibility in working arrangements

- Someone with world-class enthusiasm and initiative (we can't teach that)
