We are a busy workshop in Landsdale that manufactures, modifies and repairs equipment for the construction, waste and exploration mining sector. We are a family owned and operated business, with the owners working on the tools along side a small core group of employees. Qualifications & experience
- Australian recognised trade certificate
- Current Drivers License
- Demonstrate a good work ethic and a keen attitude
- Willing to work by yourself or in a team environment
- Australian work rights are required for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assemble a varied range of mechanical equipment including truck bodies, trailers, cranes & fluid pumping equipment, that's newly designed and manufactured in house
- Strip,
repair and refurbish old equipment to customer requirements
- Read technical drawings and work with fabricators and engineering staff to ensure a high quality product is produced
- Willing to learn how to follow hydraulic schematics to carry out fluid power system installs
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems is required
- Basic auto electrical work
- General workshop maintenance and cleaning
- Take responsibility for the quality of work you put out
