SAP S/4HANA Change Manager
6-Month Contract | $800–$850/day inc. super | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to support a major Infor to SAP S/4HANA transformation for a WA-based operation.
The project has recently commenced and is moving from Business and IT workshops into the design phase. This is a hands-on role focused on process change, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage change impacts associated with the SAP implementation
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and process impacts
- Support process improvements and current business capabilities
- Provide change support across Master Data, Service Orders, Shipping, Invoicing and Reporting




- Conduct training needs analysis and support business readiness
- Potentially assist with end-user training later in the project

About You

- Proven Change Management experience across SAP or major ERP implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Experience with process change, training and business readiness
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation
- SAP module-specific functional expertise is not essential

Location: Perth, WA
Duration: 6 months initially
Working: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH
Rate: $800–$850/day inc. super
Start: Immediate
