Location: Ingleburn
Shifts: Monday to Friday 9:30pm-5:30am-MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH CHANGES TO START/FINISH TIMES

About the Role

Labourpower Recruitment Services is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and safety-focused forklift operators looking for ongoing work within a busy plastics manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Move raw materials, finished products, pallets and packaging throughout the site
- Store and retrieve stock from designated warehouse locations
- Supply materials to production areas as required
- Remove and relocate finished goods from production
- Assist with pallet movements and general warehouse duties
- Conduct daily forklift pre-start safety checks
- Follow site traffic management and forklift safety procedures
- Maintain accurate stock movements where required
- Keep work areas clean, organised and free from hazards
- Follow all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
- Work effectively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily targets

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks




- Ability to safely move pallets and materials in a busy workplace
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties when required

Requirements

Candidates must be prepared to:

- Follow all site safety procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Complete forklift pre-start checks
- Follow designated forklift and pedestrian traffic areas
- Maintain a safe distance from moving machinery and vehicles
- Report hazards, incidents or damaged equipment immediately

PPE Requirements

- Steel-cap safety boots
- High-visibility clothing
- Safety glasses
- Other PPE as required by the site
