A high-growth Australian e-commerce brand with international operations is hiring their first dedicated FP&A; role.

They are founder-led by a very inspirational woman who's built the business from the ground up and still drives it day to day. They've been at the top of the national charts on TikTok Shop - arguably the most influential retail channel right now. And it's the perfect time to join the business as they scale and build something people actually talk about.

That momentum is putting real pressure on finance to keep up. The building blocks exist, but they were designed for a much smaller operation - your job is to bring them up to standard and then well beyond it.

What you'll be doing:





This is a broad role that touches every corner and person in the business. There are four main areas of focus:

- Building the FP&A; function - they have processes / templates / reports in place but these haven't kept up with the business growth. So you'll be bringing the function up to speed, building it with the tools of today. The business already works with an AI consultant who's embedding AI into a lot of their processes, so you'll be building the function with that lens from day one, not retrofitting it later
- BAU FP&A; budgeting, forecasting, sales reporting, channel economics, etc.
- Commercial finance - driving the commercial finance agenda: business case development, pricing decisions, and the analysis that sits behind them
- Business partnering - instilling a more structured, embedded business partnering culture into a scale-up environment.

What you'll need:

- Retail experience is essential - this is non-negotiable. Apparel or fashion retail is ideal; at minimum you'll have worked with high SKU volume, understood supply chain dynamics, and been hands-on with ecommerce
- CA/CPA qualified with solid commercial finance experience and business partnering track record
- Comfort (and experience) working where processes are imperfect - you're someone who improves things rather than waits for them to be fixed
- Curiosity, initiative, and the judgement to know when to ask and when to run with it
