YOUR ROLE

As our Client Concierge, you will create a warm and professional front-of-house experience while coordinating the everyday details that keep our client spaces and office operating seamlessly.

In this role, you will:

- Welcome clients, guests and visitors and create a skilled, caring first impression.

- Prepare and coordinate meeting rooms, visitor parking, hospitality and arrival arrangements.

- Keep front-of-house and workplace operations running smoothly, resolving routine issues promptly.

- Coordinate facilities, maintenance and office support activities, collaborating with the wider team and escalating issues when required.

- Answer and transfer phone calls professionally.

- Support other administrative tasks when capacity allows.

YOUR WINNING FORMULA





- At least one year of experience in a reception, customer-facing or administrative role.

- Experience coordinating visitor arrivals, meeting room logistics or office facilities.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.

- Clear, warm and professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.

- A calm, approachable and proactive style, with sound judgement and reliable follow-through.
