We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hand HD Fitters to join our WA operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead maintenance crews, coordinate daily workloads, and ensure our underground mining fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. Working on a modern fleet of underground equipment, you'll play a key role in driving equipment availability while mentoring and supporting your team.

What You'll Bring

- Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification - (Australian recognised)

- Current S26 Certification

- Current Manual Driver's Licence

- Unrestricted Australian working rights

- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience (Highly regarded)

- Underground mobile equipment maintenance experience (Preferred)

- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening

- Willingness to obtain or provide a current National Police Clearance

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Safety-focused with a team-oriented mindset
