Job Description

We are looking for a results-focused and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities at volume for our clients.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and manage relationships with national employers to generate job opportunities
- Coordinate the delivery of pre-employment programs in partnership with employers to support high volume recruitment outcomes.
- Facilitate successful interviews, placements and onboarding of clients into employment opportunities
- Develop creative workforce solutions that meet employer needs while creating meaningful career pathways for clients.
- Create diverse and inclusive employment opportunities.
- Act as a trusted partner for employers, ensuring a seamless and coordinated experience across all stakeholder interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and exceed performance targets.
