As we continue to invest in our digital experience, we're looking for a Full Time Digital Experience Executive to help shape how customers experience our online store, sitting within our CRM & Ecommerce team.

Working closely with our Online Trading, Development, Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Paid teams, you'll bring our Data 360 and personalisation capability to life through thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to combine UX/UI, ecommerce and optimisation to deliver for both our customers and our commercial goals.

What you’ll be doing

- Own the end-to-end performance of key website journeys - designing, testing, and iterating to lift conversion, engagement and revenue
- Translate Amart’s customer segments and data-driven triggers into transparent, intentional UI and interaction patterns across the site
- Partner with our SEO and content specialists to ensure page structure, metadata and content are optimised for both traditional search and generative/AI search engines (GEO), so our products are easy to discover wherever customers are searching
- Use data and analytics from Constructor, Fullstory and GA4 to identify friction, prioritise opportunities, and validate decisions pre- and post-launch
- Design end-to-end experiences: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for Amart’s website, from landing pages for the Paid Media team and first-to-market product launch pages, to re-vamped product pages
- Plan, run, and synthesise customer insights and utilise Optimizely to inform design, tests and resulting optimisation decisions
- Contribute to and help maintain our design system, building personalisation-ready components that scale




- Partner closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to a high standard
- Present and rationalise your work to stakeholders, connecting design decisions back to commercial outcomes

About you

You'll be someone who's genuinely energised by ecommerce performance and design. You will see a drop in conversion or a search visibility gap as a design problem, not just a marketing one.

You'll also bring

- 2–3 years' experience in a UX/UI, digital product, or CRO/optimisation-focused ecommerce role
- Experience using any of the following tools looked upon favourably: Salesforce, Fullstory, Constructor, Optimizely (or equivalent testing/personalisation platforms) and Google Analytics
- A working understanding of SEO fundamentals, and curiosity about how generative/AI search is changing how customers discover products online
- Strong craft across interaction and visual design, with fluency in tools like Figma
- Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to defend design and optimisation decisions
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to non-designers
