The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run a brand-new restaurant. You’ll work alongside the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, make sure the restaurant runs smoothly, and deliver a great experience for every guest. This is a hands-on role where your leadership and energy will make a real difference.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has minimum 2 years’ management experience in QSR, fast-food, or casual dining.
- Demonstrates solid leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Is proactive, solutions-focused, and able to perform under pressure.
- Brings energy, confidence, and a positive presence to every shift.

Salary & Benefits

- $70,000-75,000 + superannuation
- Interstate onboarding with flights and studio apartment provided
- Opportunity to develop within a fast-growing, high-energy QSR brand.
- Expect to grow to a Restaurant General Manager position as the group expands - 12 new venues launching in Melbourne in 2026
