With continued growth across the APAC region,they are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join theirremote team. This role is working fully from home.
Your recent role
As a SolutionArchitect, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, helpingorganisations define and shape loyalty, customer engagement and marketingsolutions that align with their business objectives. Working closely with theSales and Consulting teams, you will lead discovery workshops, support RFI andRFP responses, scope solutions, and present recommendations to keystakeholders. This is a highly consultative role focused on business outcomesrather than deep technical delivery.

Key responsibilitiesinclude: Strong domain knowledge in retail, loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement platforms Experience across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty program ecosystems Understanding of marketing technologies and customer engagement solutions Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), web analytics,



and digital tracking frameworks Experience in web solution consulting and advising clients on digital customer experience initiatives Strong understanding of website architecture and integration with marketing platforms Technical background preferred, but not required to be a hands-on developer What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Consultant, Solution Architect or Consulting role. Demonstrated experience responding to RFIs, RFPs and tender submissions. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills. Experience within loyalty management, customer engagement, CRM or marketing technology environments. Ability to run workshops and translate business requirements into solution proposals. Commercial awareness and the ability to articulate business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills. What you'll get in return $155,000 + Super. Fully remote working arrangement.
