What you'll need to succeed Experience providing Level 1/2 desktop support within a Windows environment Knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and remote access technologies Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and end-user support best practices Knowledge of VoIP, mobile, and internet technologies Exposure to networking equipment including switches, routers, and patch panels Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV)
