As an Educational Leader at Guardian Export Park, you’ll play a key role in supporting educators, strengthening curriculum practice and creating meaningful learning experiences for children every day.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead with purpose by guiding the implementation of our unique To BE Me learning program
- Support educator growth through coaching, collaboration and reflective practice
- Strengthen learning outcomes by supporting meaningful assessment and documentation
- Set the standard for high-quality teaching and learning across the centre
- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan
- Create a culture of learning where educators feel confident to share ideas, try new approaches and grow

Here’s what you’ll bring:

- Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
- Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, as approved by ACECQA
- Current Teacher Registration/Accreditation in SA
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable
- Valid Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent
