Role Overview

We are looking for a Front-End Full Stack Engineer with AI experience to design, develop and deploy modern, scalable web and AI-powered applications. The role requires strong expertise across Next.js, React.js, Python, AI/GenAI, .NET, DevSecOps and SRE, with hands-on experience delivering production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable applications using Next.js, React.js, Python and .NET.
- Build and deploy AI/GenAI applications in production environments.
- Develop AI solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Embeddings and Semantic Search.
- Implement AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
- Develop robust APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, Django and/or .NET.
- Build and integrate AI Agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing application architectures.
- Work with SQL, NoSQL and vector databases/vector stores.
- Implement containerisation and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- Apply DevSecOps and SRE principles across development and production environments.
- Work with Azure, AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
- Leverage Claude and GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development practices.




- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, observability and performance.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
- Strong hands-on Python development experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Embeddings and Semantic Search.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong backend/API development using FastAPI, Flask, Django and/or .NET.
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security and performance optimisation.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and SRE practices.
- Experience with Claude or similar AI coding assistants.

Highly Desirable
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
- Exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI, AI evaluation frameworks and model observability.
- Experience in banking, financial services, cards, payments, lending or other regulated industries.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software engineering.
