S26 SHUTDOWN SUPERVISOR — FIFO FROM PERTH
Location: FIFO from Perth, WA
Roster: 3:1 Roster
Pay Rate: $95.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
- Lead daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, tools, and materials across work fronts.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permits, JHAs, SWMS, and client requirements.
- Liaise with site management, contractors, trades, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues quickly to minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, handovers, and relevant site documentation.
- Promote a robust safety culture and ensure all team members follow site requirements.

About You

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within mining, resources,



or heavy industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and competing priorities.
- Current relevant tickets, licences, and site inductions are highly regarded.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
