About the Opportunity
The Property and Fleet Administrator, plays an important role in keeping Kurrajong’s properties, facilities and vehicles running smoothly. This hands-on role will see you coordinating maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and suppliers, managing vehicle servicing and registration, maintaining accurate records and helping ensure our sites and fleet remain safe, compliant and ready to support our teams. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, responsive and enjoys keeping things on track and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Property and Fleet Manager, key responsibilities will include:

- Providing practical, responsive administration and coordination to Kurrajong’s properties, facilities and motor vehicle fleet to ensure that everything is safe, compliant and well maintained.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, property inspections, vehicle servicing and repairs. This also includes vehicle registrations, monitoring costs and providing timely information and support to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor property maintenance requests, including the triage and allocation of work to internal staff and external contractors.
- Record keeping of contractor licences, insurances and other relevant compliance records.




- Coordinate routine inspections and maintain property / asset registers.
- Coordinate compliance testing and servicing of fire services, air conditioning, electrical equipment and other systems used in the properties.
- Fleet administration including the coordination of routine vehicle servicing, repairs, breakdowns and emergency maintenance.
- Monitor servicing and insurance to help ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and available for operational use.
- Monitor fleet and porting of records, including vehicle usage, fuel card activity and operating costs.
- Maintain good customer service and coordination as the first point of contact for property and fleet requests.
- Build working relationships with internal staff, external contractors and suppliers and resolve routine service issues in a responsive and skilled manner.

Experience:





- Experience working in a multi-site organisation, disability, community services or not for profit environment.
- Experience using maintenance ticketing, asset management or fleet management systems.

Remuneration:
This position is remunerated between $70,523 and $75,562 per annum plus annual leave loading, superannuation and salary packaging.
