About the role
This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded leader who understands trade customers, branch operations and the importance of building trusted local relationships. As Branch Manager, you will lead the branch to deliver strong sales growth, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

- Lead and manage a busy electrical wholesale branch with a focus on profitability, service and growth
- Use your trade sales, wholesale or branch experience to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build robust relationships with contractors, trades, suppliers and local customers
- Coach and develop a capable branch team to deliver a great customer experience every day

What you would do in this role

- Develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and sustainable growth
- Manage branch operations, including inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L; accountability
- Grow the customer base through proactive trade sales, account management and excellent counter service
- Lead, coach and motivate branch staff to create a strong, supportive and performance-focused culture
- Partner with suppliers to ensure customers have access to the right products, advice and solutions

How can I tell if this is for me?

- You have experience in electrical wholesale, trade sales, industrial supply, sales management or a similar customer-facing sales environment
- You understand trade customers and know how to build trust through service, reliability and product knowledge
- You are commercially focused, self-driven and confident managing sales, operations and branch performance




- You are a natural people leader who enjoys coaching, developing and bringing out the best in a team
- Electrical product knowledge will be highly regarded, but strong trade sales or wholesale experience is also valued
