Role Details

- Title: 1st Class Welder / Pipe Fitter
- Location: ~2 hours from Perth
- Roster/ Travel: DIDO from Perth - 2:1 or 10:4
- 12-hour days
- Accommodation Provided

Scope:
You'll be working within an experienced team between Perth and Kalgoorlie and be responsible for welding and installing MSCL pipelines to the highest quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for qualified tradespeople looking for consistent project work!

Duties will include:

- TIG welding carbon steel pipe
- Welding and installing MSCL pipelines
- Full welds along the outside /smaller welds on the inside of the pipe
- General welding duties associated with the pipeline installation

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Cert III Engineering – Fabrication Trade (MEM31922)
- Proven TIG welding experience
- Innershield welding experience
- Experience working on 700 OD MSCL pipe
- Ability to pass a practical TIG weld test
- Experience with MSCL pipeline installation - highly regarded
- Carbon steel welding experience - Highly regarded
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Confined Space Entry
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)





Previous pipeline or major infrastructure experience highly regarded. Long-term opportunities available for experienced welders who meet the above requirements.
