Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and direct daily on-site operations to ensure seamless execution on a $40m project.
- Coordinate regional subcontractors, direct labour, and complex material logistics.
- Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across the site.
- Conduct regular quality assurances and inspections to guarantee strict design compliance.
- Actively drive the construction program to achieve critical path milestones on schedule.

What You'll Bring:

- Strong technical background in structural concrete, steel framing, and civil works.
- Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities tailored to managing regional trades and supply chains.
- Thorough,



practical knowledge of WA building codes, OHS legislation, and QA processes.
- Relevant building trade qualification or a tertiary degree in Construction Management.
