The Role:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Keeping your portfolio organised,



compliant and running smoothly

About You:

- Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicating with landlords and tenants
- Proactive approach and ability to problem-solve
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
