We’re currently working with a growing residential property management business that is looking to add an experienced Senior Property Manager to their team. The Role You’ll take ownership of a 150 - 170 property residential portfolio based in Logan.With dedicated support around you. The portfolio includes a mix of residential properties, including a number of properties within townhouse complexes.

You won’t be expected to do everything yourself,



with dedicated Assistant Property Management, VA and administration support in place.

You’ll ideally have:

- Strong end-to-end residential Property Management experience
- Confidence managing a sizeable portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Experience handling QCAT matters
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- A genuine interest in staying long-term and growing with the business
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
