Inbound and LF Forklift Operator – Ongoing Role | $35/hr | Dandenong South - Morning Shift - 7am start

TLH Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced working in Inbound with LF Forklift experience to join our client’s growing team in Dandenong South. This is an ongoing casual role with strong potential for permanent placement for the right person.

What’s on offer:

- $35 per hour + overtime available
- Monday to Friday work (occasional weekend work)
- AM shift - 7am start
- Ongoing, stable position

Your day-to-day:

- Strong Inbound experience
- General forklift operations (Counterbalance)
- General warehousing duties - Must be willing to jump on and off the forklift to assist the team.
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock
- Inventory Control
- Putaways
- Receiving
- RF scanning experience
- Stock discrepancies
- Quality Check
- Damage Reporting
- Picking and preparing pallet racking and shelving materials
- Stock control – sorting, organising, repacking and relocating inventory
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse
- Using tools and equipment (including basic computer systems for stock tracking)




- High attention to detail
- Required to assist in other departments in the warehouse - picking, dispatch, replenishments, loading and unloading trucks, moving freight.

What we’re looking for:

- Current LF Forklift Licence with solid Counterbalance experience
- Confident handling bulky and awkward freight
- Must have Inbound experience!
- General warehousing duties - Must be willing to jump on and off the forklift to assist the team.
- Experience with Awkward and Bulky freight
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
- Experience using power tools
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Highly regarded:

- LF Licence experience (counterbalance experience is a must)
- Experience with Awkward and Bulky freight
- Experience with pallet racking or racking installation
