C&H; Recruitment are currently seeking an Assembler / Warehouse Worker to join our client's team in the Blacktown area.
This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established manufacturer. We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

- Assembling lighting products and components
- Using hand and power tools
- Basic wiring and production duties
- Quality checking finished products
- Following work instructions and production schedules
- General warehouse and factory duties
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area

This role involves repetitive manual work and would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on tasks.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

- Previous assembly, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience (preferred)




- Experience using hand and power tools
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety
