About the Opportunity
Due to recent growth, we are seeking experienced, calm and skilled female Support Workers to join our team supporting a client with complex medical needs at Doonside, NSW.
She requires clinically confident, hands-on support each day. The right team will bring strong technical skills, patience and warmth, delivering care that is safe, dignified and person-centred.

This is a genuine occupational requirement under Section 30 of the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth), and reflects our commitment to her gender, comfort, privacy and dignity.

About the Role

- Delivering complex care with confidence, consistency and clinical safety.
- Providing tracheostomy care and related suctioning support in line with clinical care plans.
- Supporting Client with manual handling, including safe use of hoists and mobility aids.
- Preparing nutritious meals aligned to her dietary needs and mealtime management plan.
- Assisting with personal care, medication and daily living activities.
- Maintaining a clean,



safe and comfortable home environment.
- Documenting care accurately and communicating clearly with the clinical and support team.

About You
You bring strong clinical skills, calm and a genuine warmth. You take pride in delivering care that is safe Specifically, you bring:

- Demonstrated experience in complex care, including participants with tracheostomies.
- Confidence with manual handling (hoist and two-person transfers).
- Solid meal preparation skills, with an understanding of mealtime management plans and dietary requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in clinical situations.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability (or similar) and current CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NSW Driver's Licence and own car preferred.
