About the Role

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service while managing bookings, enquiries, and daily reception operations. You'll work closely with therapists and spa teams to ensure a seamless five-star experience.

What You'll Bring

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Previous experience in reception, luxury hospitality, spa, beauty, or wellness environments

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- Confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office





- A genuine passion for guest experiences and wellbeing

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Requirements

- Current RSA

- Current First Aid Certificate

- Versatile availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
