Disability Support Workers

CareChoice is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to people with complex support needs.

About the Opportunity

As part of the CareChoice team, you may provide support across a variety of settings including:

- Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals
- 24-hour complex supports
- Supported Independent living
- Community access and transport
- Domestic and Personal care

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking support workers who have:

- Experience supporting people with complex physical needs
- A person-centred approach to care
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Enteral Feeding (PEG) experience is desirable

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or similar
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Employee Working with Children Check
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
