Responsibilities
WSP Graduates are employed to support teams on meaningful projects while developing practical consulting, technical, and professional skills. The roles will immerse you in real-world projects whilst developing your technical and consulting skills for the rest of your career.Core responsibilities of a WSP Graduate

1. Contribute to the project and teamwork

2. Learn and develop professional skills

3. Take ownership of behaviour and professionalism

4. Build relationships and engage with the business

5. Follow guidance, systems, and safety requirements

6. Actively manage your own development

Qualifications

To express your interest for a WSP Graduate position, you must:

- Be currently enrolled or have completed a degree at an accredited university

- Skilled in a discipline relevant to the role or business group you are applying for (e.g. engineering, environment, advisory, project management, etc.)

- Typically be in your final year of study, particularly for the coordinated summer undergraduate intake.

- A strong academic record

Have legal working rights in Australia for the duration of your employment
