About the Role

As a Casual Duty Manager,



you'll report directly to the Venue Manager and be responsible for leading front-of-house operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

- Approved Managers Card

- WA RSA Certificate

- Strong bar and front-of-house experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of bar and front-of-house experience in hospitality venues

- Proven staff management skills

- Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced settings

- Experience with POS systems and online booking platforms

- Legal right to work in Australia

- Hands-on, self-driven, and a true team player

Availability:
Flexibility is essential. Our venue operates:

- Tuesday to Friday: 11am – late

- Saturday & Sunday: 8am – late

Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on structured rosters, functions, and events.
