Scheduler – Toowoomba

Are you organised, customer-focused and great at keeping things moving? The Bradnam’s Windows & Doors team in Toowoomba is looking for an enthusiastic Scheduler to join our growing team at our brand-new facility in Charlton.

This is a key role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating our service and installation activities, ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience from scheduling through to completion. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Production, Service and Installation teams, helping to keep jobs on track, solve problems and deliver the high level of customer service that makes the Bradnam’s Difference.

What you’ll be doing

- Communicating with customers to arrange site measurements and installations within agreed lead times.

- Liaising with the Production Manager to understand and coordinate product lead times.

- Scheduling and managing Service Technician workloads to maximise efficiency.

- Reviewing jobs daily and driving the timely completion of outstanding works.

- Coordinating rectification work with customers and ensuring appropriate scheduling.

- Working closely with Sales, Production, Service and Installation teams to ensure jobs progress smoothly.

- Monitoring the quality and standard of completed works and providing constructive feedback where required.

- Reviewing Service activities and providing relevant feedback to management.

- Identifying opportunities for training and improvement to enhance service delivery.

- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.

What are we looking for?

You don’t necessarily need previous scheduling experience. If you’re organised, customer-focused and confident communicating with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in technician, service or installation scheduling is desirable, but not essential.

- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A structured and organised approach, with strong attention to detail.





- The ability to think on your feet and provide practical, solution-focused outcomes.

- A genuine commitment to understanding and supporting customer needs.

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Previous experience with made-to-order products, particularly within the building or construction industry, would be advantageous.

- Most importantly, a proactive, positive and customer-focused attitude.
