Komatsu is seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our Remanufacturing team in Welshpool on a 7:7 roster. In this role, you will be responsible for completing repairs and remanufacturing of Komatsu OEM components, ensuring all work is completed to the highest engineering and repair standards.

Hydraulic cylinders Spindles Wheel motors Powertrain assemblies

Key Responbibilites

Repair and remanufacture Komatsu OEM components to the highest standard. Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and in line with OEM and quality requirements. Conduct job planning, estimations, and maintain accurate documentation. Source parts and manage tooling to support workshop productivity. Identify and resolve quality issues while ensuring compliance with Komatsu's Quality Management System. Support and mentor apprentices and tradespeople through on-the-job training. Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and professionalism.

What You'll Need

Trade qualification as a Boilermaker with relevant industry experience. Current welding certifications. Valid C Class Driver's Licence. High Risk licences (or the ability to obtain), including Dogging, Rigging, Solid troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. Basic computer literacy. Commitment to safety, including hazard identification and risk assessment processes. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
