About the Role:

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Labourers / Drivers to join our service team.

In this hands-on role, you will travel to client sites to remove and replace kitchen filters, helping ensure commercial kitchens remain clean, safe, efficient, and operating to a high standard. The work is active and varied, with early starts Monday to Friday. Both full-time and casual opportunities are available.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, on-the-go work and being part of a supportive and close-knit team. It is well suited to candidates with experience in factory work, general labouring, construction, landscaping, warehousing, cleaning, or trade assistant roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive safely to client sites to perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance




- Safely remove, clean, and replace exhaust and air filters
- Follow safety procedures and complete tasks to a high standard
- Represent Lotus Commercial professionally at every site
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily schedules and service goals

What We’re Looking For:

- Current full driver’s licence and good driving record
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, warehouse, or labouring roles is an advantage
