About the Role

St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking Expressions of Interest from dedicated and experienced Teachers to join our Secondary Years teaching team, with a particular emphasis upon the Junior High School on a Casual/Relief basis. Support wellbeing and manage behaviour by building rapport, maintaining an orderly classroom, and following up concerns in line with policy.

- Contribute to the College community and professional practice through teamwork, cocurricular involvement, administration, supervision and ongoing development.

What You Bring

- A relevant Graduate Teaching qualification and current Queensland Teacher Registration.

- Comprehensive knowledge of curriculum development and implementation, and contemporary educational issues.

- Proven classroom teaching capability, including effective planning, delivery, classroom management, assessment and reporting.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly developed organisational and time management skills.
